User/Admin Control Panel
Of course your users and admins have their own control panel to do their account managemenent just like the admin does. The user/admin control panel gives your admins the ability to manage their listings, private mails, multimedia gallery, hotlists, saved search profiles, admin profile, personal preferences and much more. All this via a fully customizable, secure and easy to use web-based interface.

User/admins can allocate images/multimedia file from gallery to users-profile page. User/admins have their own personal control panel that lets them post and manage listings, upload and manage multimedia files, read and send mail from their internal mailbox, view their hotlist, view and edit their matchmaker search listings, upgrade account, set various account preferences, email the admin, view and update their registration details, cancel the membership. User/admins can view their signup date, number of times logged in as well as information about their account and account expiration date. User/admins can optionally have the system remember their logon username and password during future sessions through the usage of cookies. User/admins can update their listings at any time. User/admins can delete their account at any time, optionally send an email to admin telling why he/she cancels the account. User/admins can renew listings about to expire or already expired listings. A Personal Inbox feature that allows user/admins to post personal listings without having to reveal their e-mail addresses. user/admins respond to these listings through the form as well. A customizable image displays an incoming but unread message waiting in members private message inbox. User/admins who have forgotten their user name can have the system email their membership info to the email address on file. User/admins can search for listings via many different forms and fields and even by discrete ranges within fields, such as age ranges. User/admins can search listings from a certain user/admin through the advanced search form, can't remember the full username? no problem, even search for parts in the username. User/admins can modify or delete their own listing at any time. When modifying a listing, the current listing's information is automatically inserted in the modification form. No personal information and registration details is displayed on posted listings. User/Admin's information is strictly confidential. Users have the option of searching only for listings with photos, without photos, or both. Users can save listings they are interested in to their hotlist for later viewing. user/admins can upload virtually unlimited multimedia files to their gallery and display upto 10 images in their ad (you define the amount of images they can upload in the account permissions). Users can save patterns to their saved search facility, whenever someone posts listing that matches one or more listings, the user will be notified by email automatically. Users can place their account on-hold, their listings will not be available for display during this time. user/admins can set various preferences (only which you allow them to set of course): Invisible Mode (Turning on will remove member from 'Online user/admins' list). Automatically login when you return to the site. Hide Email Address (Hides email address from user/admin profile page, so that it is not accessible by other users or user/admins). Disable Private Messaging (Disallows other users to send Private Messages to user/admins internal mailbox). Hide user/admin profile from public view. (Will allow/disallow anyone to view user/admins profile page, except admin). Hide user/admin gallery from public view? (Will allow/disallow anyone to view user/admins multimedia gallery, except admin). Set browse options to "Show listings with pictures first". Block users from sending private messages. Email Notifications: When changes to registration details are made, when listing expires, when someone replies to ad, when someone sends private message). Listings browsing options (Shows sub-categories that have no listings) Default listings view (choice of new listings first, old listings first, most viewed listings first, most replied listings first, most saved listings first).
