MojoCatalog supports many different ways for you to create thumbnails
on-the-fly from member uploaded photos. These images will be stored in
thumbnail size you define on the server and displayed in the gallery or
profile page as image previews.
Thumbnail Module Installation Instructions
Each thumbnail module consists of 2 files : imagemagick.cgi and imagemagick.pl
or gd.cgi and gd.pl files.
For *.cgi, please use a text editor to open it, and make sure the first
line points to your perl interpreter.
Upload *.cgi in ASCII mode to the same folder mojoClassified.cgi is located
in and change permissions to 0755.
Upload *.pl in ASCII mode to the /scripts folder, no permissions need to be
set.
Login to your admin area, behaviors section and turn on image magick or gd
as your favourite thumbnailer.
Please note you need the free perl modules gd.pm or image::magick correctly
PRE-installed in your server perl module library for our thumbnailer modules
to work and create thumbnails from member uploaded photos.
If you receive server errors during image upload, these perl modules are most
likely not installed, please have your server admin install the perl modules
for you. We offer module installation for US$ 50, if you can provide server
root access details.
If you get errors from image magick, check following thread for further
information on possible issues:
