Debugging
MojoCatalog offers a debug functionality which enables you to provide necessary
information to us in order to support an issue.
Please ONLY turn on "debugging" if you have problems with following issues and
functionality issues can be ruled out:
- Sending Email - Your program is not sending any email for example welcome email,
email notification if a private message is received etc.
- Member Status Change - Your program is not correctly down/upgrading members
to another account status.
- Payment Notification - Your program is not correctly upgrading members to
paid account, even though the transaction was successful.
- ad Status Change - Your program is not correcly renewing/expiring ads even
though you can cron.cgi script.
After debugging, you'll receive an event log, please send us this event log
along with more details on the issue, when it happened, which files you modified etc.
